Rehearsal (2007-02-18)

Officially hit rehearsal process today. I have been bouncing around since I woke up. All this preparation, all this work, really boils down to one thing, the actual performance. Today we started it. At two o’clock we sat down and read the scripts aloud. OOOOH impressive. I always find it humorous that rehearsals seem to start so slowly. We read the scripts, got a feel for them, talked about them in general, asked all the actor questions we could think about, looked at where the story was going. Now comes the fun part. I need to take that away and start dissecting not only my script as an actor but Alison’s script as a director.
